His Holiness taught to a crowd of well over 1000 on the 37 Ways of Bodhisattva.

His Holiness Gyalwa Karmapa gave the 21 Tara Empowerment, after which the sand mandala was swept up, which serves as a reminder of the impermanence of existence. Speech of thanks to His Holiness, and Body, Speech, Mind offering was made by representatives of New Horizon.

The morning began with the preparation puja. In the afternoon was the lama dance and refuge ceremony. Groups of devotees went on the stage to make Body, Speech, Mind offering to His Holiness.
