The morning began with the preparation puja. In the afternoon was the lama dance and refuge ceremony. Groups of devotees went on the stage to make Body, Speech, Mind offering to His Holiness. In the evening was the second empowerment of Drolma Namgyalma, which was attended by over 3000 people, including devotees from Europe, US, China, Taiwan, and S.E. Asia.
