Thaye Dorje, His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, will visit Nepal in November 2015 to inaugurate Dhagpo Seydrub Ling Monastery and lead prayers for Nepal earthquake victims.

The program will take place from the 2nd to the 4th of November 2015.

On April 25, 2015, a devastating earthquake struck Nepal. Due to the disaster, Gyalwa Karmapa’s visit to Nepal, which was scheduled for May, had to be postponed. His Holiness the 17th Karmapa asked his students to contribute to Nepal and support those in need.

Dhagpo Sheydrub Ling is the main seat of Maniwa Lama Sherab Gyaltsen Rinpoche. It is situated in Nala village, next to Bhaktapur, which is approximately a one hour drive from Kathmandu.
