Kagyu Monlam 2019 dates and streaming announced

Thaye Dorje, His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, will lead the 2019 Kagyu Monlam, which will take place from 15-21 December 2019.

Karmapa will lead prayers for the benefit of all sentient beings, and will be joined by thousands of students, nuns, monks and other venerables at the Bodhi Tree in Bodh Gaya, India.

The Bodhi Tree is believed to be the place where the historical Buddha Shakyamuni attained enlightenment.

Karmapa will also lead the Fifth International Karma Kagyu Meeting in Bodh Gaya.
